German Speaking Customer Services Specialist - Life Sciences.  Scientific Customer Service Jobs London.  Zest Scientific recruitment is actively recruiting for a German speaking Customer Services Specialist to work for a major supplier of laboratory equipment and consumables into the Life Sciences sector. Based in Surrey, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Customer Services Manager and team in order to achieve, maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring orders submitted by phone, fax, e-mail and through the website for Distributors and Affiliates, as well as assisting with domestic orders and customer service issues.

This position responds to high level customer service issues including status, pricing, product availability, quality and any other customer concerns or problems. This position participates in group and project meetings, and is responsible for maintaining customer files and daily administrative tasks as required. Due to the nature of the role, the Customer Services Specialist will be required to communicate with both International and Domestic queries - it is therefore essential that applicants demonstrate proficient communication skills in English (Written & Verbal) and German.

The successful candidate will possess superb customer care skills, alongside strong data entry and organisational ability. The ability to analyse and interpret internal and external customer prepared documents is vital, alongside previous exposure to strategic customers and key account holders.  Previous research / laboratory exposure is essential, educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Life Science.  Please note, written and fluent spoken German language skills are essential for the role.
