Scientific Sales Engineer Optical Spectroscopy Jobs.  Zest Scientific recruitment is seeking a candidate with Optical Spectroscopy experience with industry experience in an Applications Support or post sales IQOQ Implementation Consultant role.  We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Engineer to provide training and support across Europe to distributors / channel partners for Raman and NIR Instruments.

The Sales Support Engineer will be required to conduct a high volume of travelling across Europe so it is essential that applicants are located near an airport.  This is a sales support role with no direct sales; all sales are made through distributors and this role will provide pre-sales support, channel partner training, IQOQ for Raman and NIR Instruments.  In addition, responsible for implementing SOP and method development across the handheld pharmaceutical and chemical market (GMP Pharma, Nutraceutical, Asbestos Screening, Plastics / Polymers).

The ideal candidate will have practical experience with optical spectroscopy, particularly Raman, FTIR or NIR.  In addition, experience as a Sales Engineer or Application Scientist within the analytical device market is highly desirable.  This position is a new headcount position and represents an outstanding opportunity to join a well established Handheld Optical Analysis instrument manufacturer who is experiencing excellent levels of growth across Europe.
